Now Editor and Engine share the same Debug::Logger, with ConsolePanel
displaying logs via EditorConsoleSink.

- Store entity ID (uint64_t) instead of GameObject* pointer
- Resolve entity ID to GameObject* via SceneManager::GetEntity()
