设置索引缓冲区。
参数：
buffer- 索引缓冲区指针offset- 数据偏移量format- 索引格式（R16_UINT 或 R32_UINT）
示例：
cmdList->SetIndexBuffer(indexBuffer, 0, Format::R16_UINT);
