清除渲染目标。
参数：
renderTarget- 渲染目标指针color- 清除颜色 [r, g, b, a]
示例：
float color[4] = {0.0f, 0.0f, 0.0f, 1.0f};
cmdList->ClearRenderTarget(renderTarget, color);
