- Fix link resolution with proper relative/absolute path handling
- Improve link styling with underline decoration

ResourceCache::Touch

void Touch(ResourceGUID guid)

更新资源的最近访问时间。当缓存条目被命中时调用，用于 LRU 驱逐算法判断资源的访问热度。

参数：

guid - 资源全局唯一标识符

返回： 无

复杂度： O(1)

示例：

IResource* res = cache.Find(guid);
if (res) {
    cache.Touch(guid);  // 更新 LRU
}
