String::StartsWith
bool StartsWith(const String& prefix) const;
bool StartsWith(const char* prefix) const;
检查字符串是否以指定的前缀开头。
参数：
prefix- 要检查的前缀（String 或 const char*）
返回： 如果字符串以指定前缀开头则返回 true，否则返回 false
复杂度： O(n)，其中 n 为前缀长度
示例：
