ssdfasd 58a83f445a fix: improve doc link navigation and tree display

- Fix link resolution with proper relative/absolute path handling
- Improve link styling with underline decoration
- Hide leaf nodes from tree, only show directories
- Fix log file path for packaged app

检查特性支持。

参数：

feature - 特性类型
featureSupportData - 特性支持数据缓冲区
featureSupportDataSize - 数据大小

返回： 是否支持该特性

示例：

D3D12_FEATURE_DATA_D3D12_OPTIONS options;
bool supported = d3d12Device->CheckFeatureSupport(D3D12_FEATURE_D3D12_OPTIONS, &options, sizeof(options));
