设置顶点缓冲区。
参数：
slot- 顶点缓冲区槽位buffer- 顶点缓冲区指针offset- 数据偏移量stride- 顶点步长
示例：
cmdList->SetVertexBuffer(0, vertexBuffer, 0, sizeof(Vertex));
