设置渲染目标和深度模板缓冲区。
参数：
count- 渲染目标数量renderTargets- 渲染目标数组depthStencil- 深度模板缓冲区（可选）
示例：
void* targets[1] = {renderTarget};
cmdList->SetRenderTargets(1, targets, depthStencil);
