- Delete run_tests.py and run_tests.bat (use cmake/ctest directly)
- Fix integration test CMakeLists: output_ppm name, threshold=0, GT.ppm copy
- Rewrite TEST_SPEC.md to be concise
- Update integration test CTest registration
