- Created IProjectManager interface
- ProjectManager now implements IProjectManager
- Removed ProjectManager::Get() singleton
- Added IEditorContext::GetProjectManager()
- ProjectPanel now uses m_context->GetProjectManager() instead of singleton
- EditorContext owns ProjectManager instance
